Refund Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated in writing.  We may require payment in advance for consultations, telehealth visits, packagesm memberships or other services. 

You are responsible for all charges associated with your care.  

Insurance is not accepted for this practice. 

You authorize us and our third party payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable fees, charges and balances due. 

All Sales Are FINAL. NO REFUNDS will be issued for any services, consultations, telehealth visits, memberships, packages, deposits.

This includes without limitations: 

Completed or partially completed medical services. 

Missed appointments or NO Shows

Late Cancellations

Unused portions of prepaid packages or memberships

Digital materials, forms or educational content

Administrative or processing fees

Labs review fees

Any service purchased through our website or patient protal

If you are unable to attend a scheduled  appointment, you may reschedule up to 2 4 hours prior to appointment.  Rescheduling does not entitle you to a refund.
